Hi I wonder if anyone can help? When turning on any hot water supply there is just a trickle then stops altogether in conjunction with a clunk sound coming from the powermax boiler. The plumber who called had never worked on these boilers so was unsure what was required. I would be very grateful for any advice. Thanks in advance! Paul

The central heating continues to work thankfully.

paulmact, you will have to specify the Powermax boiler model before anyone can help you - there are three very different designs in existence.

Hi Paul,
Sorry to hear you never got this issue resolved. My Powermax 155X has also developed an issue with the flow of water to the hot taps slowing to the point where it no longer flows. I'm wondering if it's the three way blender valve - hopefully I can find some advice on these forums!
Thanks,
Max
