Hi Guys,
Great that you put together this forum.
I just have a quick question for peace of mind. My expansion vessel needs replacing (it's an 18L flat external expansion vessel). Now the one I currently have is white which my plumber says is a potable water expansion vessel. However I have purchased a replacement from the stockist which is red. Now having spoken to Potterton, they have said it's fine to use a non-potable expansion vessel as it doesn't connect to the hot water system only to the heating system.
Is this correct? I just want to make totally sure as my 1 year old seems to enjoy drinking the bath water.
Thanks for any help.
