Hi,
We've been renting a flat for the past year which has a Powermax 155x boiler. At the end of January it stopped working (Lock out light every time it tried to start).
To cut a long story short, even though the maintenance company didn't seem to know what they were doing with this boiler at all, and replacing almost every part, they got it up and running again after 18 days.
Since the fix, the boiler cupboard has started to smell very gassy, as well as the wider flat. It's not a gas leak (we had this checked as soon as we smelled it), and our CO detector hasn't gone off, but I'm still a bit worried.
As I right to worry? It certainly wasn't doing this before it was 'repaired'.

Just an update, the smell seems to be getting worse, but still no CO alarm. Should we worry or is the smell just something we're going to have to get used to?
