Hi all, My boiler has been tripping (locking-out) very frequently, it lasts a couple of hours max before it locks out again and I have to increase the pressure using the two bottom valves. I figured there was a problem, and I called a plumber who came and checked (charged me £90/hr for a 10 min check) and turns out the pressure relief valve is leaking and needs replacement. When he removed the panel, there was dripping into the drain funnel, and when the L shaped tube was diconnected it appreare the leak is from the pressure vale (red) and not the temperature valve ( blue). I went and bought a similar one (3 bar) and want to install it myself, to avoid waiting for the plumber again and being charged another £90. Can you please advise on how to do, if any extra precautions are needed.
Thank you,
